01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and probet88 governing your access to and use of the Platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, Mix Parlay, poker, and all associated services and content. By registering an account with probet88, you unequivocally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

probet88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the probet88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. probet88 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. probet88 may require identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. probet88 does not represent that access to or use of its services is legal in any particular location.
• One account: You may hold only one registered account on probet88. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services via the probet88 self-exclusion programme or any applicable third-party exclusion register.

03 Account Registration

To use real-money services on probet88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

• You must provide a valid email address or mobile number and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• probet88 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including a government-issued identity document and proof of address, before processing withdrawals or as required by our compliance obligations.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your probet88 account. Notify probet88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• probet88 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a violation of applicable law.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

probet88 supports a range of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank IBG/FPX, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits: All deposits are processed in MYR. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. probet88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. probet88 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to e-wallets within 15 minutes and to bank accounts within the same business day, though processing times are not guaranteed.
• Anti-Money Laundering: Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, where possible. probet88 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with international gaming authority requirements. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. probet88 bears no responsibility for losses arising from currency fluctuations.
• Errors: In the event that probet88 credits your account erroneously, the error amount remains the property of probet88 and must not be wagered. probet88 will reverse any erroneous credit without prior notice.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on probet88 — including sportsbook bets, Mix Parlay accumulators, live casino wagers, slot spins, and poker hands — are subject to the specific game and product rules published on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms.

• Finality of bets: Once accepted by probet88, bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit function.
• Void bets: probet88 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error has occurred in the odds or outcome data, where a match or event is abandoned, or where there is clear evidence of fraudulent activity affecting the integrity of the event.
• Odds and results: probet88's determination of the outcome of all bets is final. Results are confirmed once all relevant statistics and officiating decisions are finalised. probet88 uses data from authoritative sports data providers but accepts no liability for errors in third-party data feeds.
• Maximum winnings: probet88 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed at bet placement and vary by product and event type.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay bets require a minimum of three (3) selections. Individual legs that are voided will have the relevant odds reduced to 1.00 and the accumulator will continue with the remaining legs.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

probet88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be available to all players or jurisdictions.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. probet88 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• probet88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.
• Abuse of promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts, syndicated play, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account suspension.

07 Responsible Gaming

probet88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. Players aged 21 and above are the only permitted users of probet88.

• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the probet88 Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted via the Responsible Gaming section of the Platform or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is effective from the point of confirmation and any pending withdrawals will be processed.
• Deposit and loss limits: Players are encouraged to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits on their accounts. Once set, limits may not be increased for a cooling-off period determined by probet88.

08 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of probet88:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Opening or operating more than one probet88 account;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets without human direction;
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any unlawful financial activity;
• Colluding with other players in poker, casino, or any other multi-player game;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the probet88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and data — is the exclusive property of probet88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the probet88 Platform without express prior written consent from probet88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, probet88, its directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or gaming opportunity resulting from service interruption, technical failures, or communication errors;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

probet88's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

probet88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

probet88 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission is entirely secure and probet88 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12 Amendments to Terms

probet88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Where an amendment is material, probet88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any outstanding balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which probet88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to probet88's customer support for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority. probet88's decisions on game outcomes and account matters made in accordance with these Terms shall be final.
